Happy Friday!! I am off to my Doctors appointment for the month. It is way too early considering I closed last night and here I am back up at six am. Thought the least I could do is share something happy…
Through this summer I have come across some very sweet and can’t put down if you were a book blogs and I just wanted to take a moment to share them with you. I am one of those blog readers that when I find a new blog I am interested in I have to start from their very first posts and read my way through them all. I like to get to know the blogger and see their progress through their time on their blog. It not only helps me get to know them and what type of blog they have but I also find it very inspiring to see how long some people have had and kept a very successful blog.
The type of blogs that I am drawn most to our the ones that tend to be in their middle twenties to early thirties and just write because they love to share their experiences. It’s so nice to be able to relate to someone even though you know chances are you will never meet them in actual face to face encounter, but you still feel like you know them to a certain extent. So here are my favorite new blogs that I have come to love to read this summer…
1. Sometimes Sweet (http://sometimessweet.blogspot.com/) written by Danielle. In her about section she shares about what her blog is about and so I wanted to show you all as well…
This blog is little bits of our everyday- things I love (my family and friends, exercise, eating healthy, reading) moments I want to remember forever, and love letters to my life. It’s a positive place full of everything that makes our world go ’round, and I’m so happy I get to share pieces of it with all of you.
2. (More or Less) Jess (http://moreorlessjess.blogspot.com/) written by Jess. She is funky and I love her random posts… Here is her short and sweet bio
Hi! I’m Jess!
I’m a 20-something, small-town Missouri girl still trying to find my way, and I’m restless to a fault. I spend my days doing ABA therapy with kiddos with autism in sweet Springfield, MO.
My heart belongs to Jesus + my husband, Tyler + my family + my friends + England + pretty much any baby animals or baby humans I meet along the way.
I’m borderline obsessed with all things United Kingdom, traveling, photography, red foxes, books, antique + vintage finds, Oregon, unicorns, good music, a great cuppa tea, and any of the hundreds of projects I have going at any given time.
Here at More or Less Jess, you’ll see a lot of those things, as well as random thoughts, and glimpses into my simple little life. Thanks for stopping by! Stay awhile and come back soon!
3. Living In Yellow (http://www.livinginyellow.com/) written by Erin. She is a fun loving gal who knows how to write a hilarious post. She doesn’t take herself to seriously on her blog and admits when she has done something silly. I love her blog it makes me smile! Here is the best thing I can share with you about why she writes her blog…
I want to share with you things that make me excited. I get a natural high when talking all things travel, wine, good deals, restaurants, awkward moments, lip gloss, and anything in between.
Some things that I love, you may not.
Somewhere along the line though, I hopefully will breathe a little bit of inspiration/laughter/or at the very least, confidence knowing if somebody like me can find excitement in this “average” life, you can too.
Hang on Honey (http://www.hangonhoney.com/
) written by Beth. She is a bunch or southern adorable wrapped up with yawls and everything. She was the first blog I started reading from the beginning and she is a sweetheart. I enjoy her blog daily. Here is what her blog is about…
This blog is an ode to the Twenty-Somethings.
Twenty-Something is a time of drastic, earth shaking change. It’s that limbo between being told who you are, and actuallybecoming who you are based on your own experiences and informed decisions.
Twenty-Something means a whole new life to get acquainted with, be it marriage, a new job, a new location, or new tiny humans to take care of. Or at least that’s how I picture my twenty-somethings going. I’ll let y’all know how that goes…
One thing is certain: Twenty-Something is a whirlwind of changes and joys and trials and triumphs…
… so Hang on, Honey.
So there you have it… My new top favorite blogs to read right now. Its always so nice to read about someone else life and go away with a smile which is what each one of these lovely ladies does for me on a daily basis. I could only hope that one day my blog will be as good!
